I'm dehydrating - meat! Yum, yum. I'm making a Thai pork and Pineapple concoction Lee made last night on our trip to Cape Scott. I have to cook for 22 people.
One of the girls supposed to go on our trip was in a serious car crash yesterday. Broken pelvis, arm and other injuries. I guess she's not coming since we leave FRIDAY!
I've had my first inquiry from a potential paying customer for Okanagan Kayaking yesterday. Yee ha!

Schmyak, you seem to have a one track mind these days. What is going on with you? I see where your priorities will lie on this trip....at least you will have an excuse for dumping your kayak! (is that what it's called, dumping?) BTW, I just received the MEC catalogue I special ordered for kayaking gear...I hope I can order something so at least I look HOT when I am freezing my butt off dumping my kayak!
Fearless Leader, have a good trip and make sure you get LOTS of practice for our sake! I think you can get injections to take along instead of worrying about dehydrating your alcohol, that would be more lightweight and also more economical...just ask Crev.ORG (a.k.a. Leeanne) for options. She is up on all this now...
